Holy oil

2 dl. extra virgin olive oil Agrolio,
6 chilies,
1 clove garlic,

Clean and finely chop a clove of garlic. Wash peppers, cut the stem and slice into small pieces that go and pay - with the seeds inside - in a glass jar. Fill the container with our extra virgin olive oil and salt lightly. Close the jar and store for at least
20 days in the dark.

When you're ready, you can use oil "saint" for seasoning bruschetta, salads, meat, gravies, sauces .. in short, wherever you marry your taste!
